Do you struggle to keep your wrists hinged throughout your backswing and on the way down? This quick and easy drill will really help improve your swing.

Many of us aren't able to get out on the course at the moment, so PGA Pro Alice Davis has come up with this clever drill to help you work on your swing at home.

Focusing on the importance of keeping your wrists hinged in the backswing and on the way down, all you need is a club and a toilet roll (yes this video is properly lockdown-themed).

You can always try filming yourself in slow motion like Alice has done so you can check you're doing it right afterwards.

Meanwhile, if it's more putting you need help with, try Alice's routine to help with putting consistency HERE.
