Women & Golf Reader Nicky Rose from Northumberland shares her thoughts on COBRA’s KING F9 Speedback Fairway Wood. Featuring technology to deliver our longest, fastest and most accurate fairways, how did she rate it?

I like this club both from a performance point of view and its look and feel. It has an appealing design with a black graphite shaft and black head. The shaft is neither too stiff nor too whippy and the clubhead sits nicely when addressing the ball. It picks up the ball on the fairways easily, on those with tight lies and with more grass. The ball flight is relatively high which is not unexpected for this type of club. The loft is also adjustable from 21° to 24°. From my experience of using this club I would definitely recommend it and even though my handicap is just out of the suggested ideal range (5 -25) I plan to try the other woods in this series.
