Our latest reader review sees Angela Gawthorpe, a fifteen handicapper from Northumberland, put the new Callaway Sure Out Wedge to the test.

Testing this 58º wedge has been a real confidence booster. The base is much thicker than the Callaway 60º wedge already in my bag, which I have never fully mastered. The Sure Out is easier to use as it glides through the grass, rough or sand with little effort and is more forgiving when mishit. It is very responsive and easy to control, encouraging a full swing that makes the most of solid face-to-ball contact, resulting in high loft with high spin for soft-landing shots. I love the look of its distinctive, purposeful, chunky sole and extra grooves on the larger face. Bunkers are not quite so daunting now. My short game has definitely benefitted and I will certainly replace my old wedge.
