They Say

Kalea is TaylorMade’s first line of women’s clubs engineered to optimise distance gaps from your driver through to your wedge, ensuring that you will use every club in your bag. The clubs are lightweight to generate more clubhead speed. They are fitted with low-kick Slim Tech shafts to help you launch the ball higher, and speed pockets add ball speed for shots that fly farther and stay in the air longer.

I Say

The Kalea are a really elegant set of irons. I love the feminine aesthetics. The soft looks are matched by a soft feel thanks to the tacky grips that are great to hold. The swing weight is light and makes the Kalea a great choice for ladies who lack clubhead speed. A big thumbs-up go to TaylorMade for ditching those hard-to-hit long irons in favour of a much easier-to-use hybrid-style, giving you a helping hand to get the ball up and away. The shorter irons will add that all-important pin-seeking control to your approach play, with the added plus of a fantastic responsive feel. The perfect game-improver set.

Price: £549 (6-SW) £159 (per hybrid)
