There is a beautifully maintained 3-hole Golf Academy with driving range, putting green and practice bunker whichguests can use for free, situated 200 metres behind the hotel. Berfghof, in the village of Lech, offers a driving range with 9 tees, a putting green and a chipping and pitching area with bunkers; perfect for improving your short game or getting your licence. In the breathtaking Zugertal, 1,500 metres above sea level, is Lech Golf Club, planned out on greens on one of the only level areas of land in the whole of the Arlberg region, the brand new 9-hole Lech course nestles in the high Alpine mountain countryside, with top-quality golfing pleasure for new recruits and veterans alike.
The 9 holes are situated on both sides of the Lech river in idyllic Zugertal close to Lech village. The course naturally weaves and follows the river towards the Rote Wand to the Zugertobel, after the 3rd tee, the course runs along the Lech river to the Stierloch stream to the fishpond and then returns back to the starting point.
The Arlberg and Zugertal has been carefully planned with environmental effects kept to a minimum to keep the region’s unadulterated, unique and charming character of this beautiful region.
