VOXA, an athlete-first talent management group, represents a new era for talent management in women's sport
Two-time Solheim Cup captain Suzann Pettersen has announced the launch of VOXA. VOXA is an athlete-first talent management group, focused on advancing the impact and value of the world’s best female athletes.
The two-time Major winner and LPGA Tour legend has launched the ground-breaking business with five Number Ones in their respective countries in the profession Suzann is best known for - golf.
What does VOXA mean?
Derived from the Latin word for ‘voice,’ VOXA’s name reflects its bold mission: to ensure every athlete’s unique story is heard, celebrated, and carried forward to create a lasting enduring legacy.
Pettersen said: “Throughout my career, I’ve always asked myself how I could make an even bigger impact. Competing at the highest level takes not just talent but the right support network. That’s why VOXA exists. Because every athlete deserves a trusted team that values their journey and lifts them up to achieve the impossible.
“This isn’t about management or representation, it’s about empowerment. It’s about time there was a dedicated family for the incredible women in sports. At VOXA, we focus on the individual: their goals, their voice, and their vision. Not just what happens on the course, on the track or on the pitch, but their dreams for the future. This is personal for me, and I’m determined to build something extraordinary.”
