LPGA Tour winner Gemma Dryburgh is to represent Scotscraig Golf Club as an International Ambassador in 2023

Scotscraig Golf Club is excited to announce that Gemma Dryburgh, Scotland's leading women's golfer and LPGA Tour player, has agreed to become its first international ambassador. Gemma will carry the SGC branding on her bag and clothing in her upcoming tournaments worldwide.

Gemma will play in events across the world during the 2023 season, with the LPGA Tour schedule hosting events across North America, Asia and Europe.

Gemma recently claimed her maiden LPGA Tour win with a brilliant four-shot victory at the TOTO Japan Classic and is now looking forward to representing Scotscraig next season.

As the first Scot to win on the LPGA Tour for over a decade, she is a role model to aspiring golfers at Scotscraig and across Scotland. Gemma's dedication to the game, combined with her skill and passion, will greatly benefit the club.

Gemma said: “I am delighted to be joining Scotscraig Golf Club as an international ambassador and tour professional. I am proud to represent the Club and its members on the world stage, and I look forward to helping grow Scotscraig’s reach and reputation both in Scotland and beyond.”

Scotscraig Manager, Liam Greasley, added: “We are delighted to announce Gemma Dryburgh as our first international ambassador. She is an amazingly talented player with a bright future ahead of her, and we are very excited that Gemma will be representing the Club at tournaments across three continents.  We look forward to working with Gemma to help promote the club and our brand worldwide.”

Club Captain Scott Edwards, speaking on behalf of the Club Members, commented, “The exposure the club will gain from the relationship with Gemma is a fantastic next step in developing Scotscraig as a premier golfing destination.

"Gemma’s performances last season are something we can all be proud of, and we will hopefully see her teeing off at the club next season. We’ll be cheering Gemma on from Fife and here’s to many more victories.”
