The British Junior Golf Tour completed their season-long order of merit tables in a fitting finale, with over 350 junior golfers taking part.

The season-ending championship took part at the stunning Foxhills Resort in Surrey, and many divisions’ final standings were decided by the double points on offer. The Sky Sports cameras certainly added to the drama of occasion, but the experience brought out the best in plenty.

The 6 and Under Tour Championship saw arguably the biggest field in this age group anywhere in the UK compete and produced a fitting end to the season on The Manor course, with single shots separating the top 3.

This was an incredible year in the youngest age group, as 34 players took part over the season, showing junior talent is certainly out there!

The British Junior Golf Tour (BJGT) was established in 2005, as a way to encourage more juniors, to get into golf and have more opportunities to play competitively. Now, more than ten years on, BJGT has seen some of the UK’s top male and female amateurs progress through its ranks.
