English favourite returns to home soil for Centurion showdown this August
Charley Hull is set to headline a strong international field at the PIF London Championship, taking place 8–10 August 2025 at the Centurion Club. Part of the Ladies European Tour’s PIF Global Series, the tournament brings one of the game’s top-ranked players back to a home crowd—and in top form.
Hull, currently ranked 19th in the world, arrives in London following a string of standout performances. She recently placed fourth at the KPMG Women’s Irish Open and has two other top-15 finishes in Majors this season. Her most recent win came at the Aramco Team Series in Riyadh, where she delivered a dominant final round to seal an 18-under-par victory.
“Competing on home soil always brings an extra level of motivation,” said Hull. “Playing in front of UK fans at Centurion will be a real highlight. The PIF Global Series is making a meaningful impact on the women’s game, and with such a strong field confirmed for London, it promises to be a great week.”
Who’s in the Field?
Hull will be joined by several in-form players from across the LET, including:
- Mimi Rhodes – current LET Order of Merit leader
- Cara Gainer – winner earlier this season in Morocco
- Annabell Fuller – a rising English star
- Sara Kouskova – Czech Republic’s double winner this year in Tenerife and Jabra
- Shannon Tan – Singaporean standout who won the Amundi German Masters
- Chiara Tamburlini – Switzerland’s three-time 2024 champion
Making Golf More Accessible
This year’s PIF London Championship also includes a family-friendly initiative: children under 16 can attend for free with a paying adult. Additionally, all ticket revenue from the event will go directly toward grassroots golf development across England.
The PIF Global Series is a new initiative designed to grow women’s golf on a global scale. Backed by the Public Investment Fund and organised by Golf Saudi, the series aims to elevate the professional game through high-profile events, increased playing opportunities, and global exposure.
The London stop at Centurion Club is a key part of this effort, reflecting the sport’s continued evolution and Golf Saudi’s strategic commitment to supporting the women’s game.
