From rising stars to industry pioneers, discover who took home top honours at the 2025 Women in Golf Awards
The 2025 Women in Golf Awards took place Thursday at Foxhills Golf & Country Club, shining a light on women making meaningful contributions across the golf industry. Now in its fourth year, the annual event brought together professionals from across the sport to honour achievements, share experiences, and promote visibility for women in golf.
This year’s ceremony added a new dimension to the day with workshops and coaching sessions led by The Women in Golf Society and supported by Bernhard Academy and England Golf, reinforcing the event’s commitment to education and empowerment.
Double Honour for Aimi Bullock
One of the standout moments of the evening came when Aimi Bullock became the first ever double winner in the awards’ history. Recognised for her work promoting inclusion through her foundation, Sports For All UK, Bullock received both the Rising Star and Unsung Hero Awards.

Also honoured were two trailblazing figures whose long-term contributions have shaped the industry. Founder and Editor of Women & Golf Jane Carter received the Trailblazer Award for a four-decade career marked by innovation and leadership, while Jackie Davidson was celebrated for her influential role at The R&A, particularly her work with The Women in Golf Charter and Leadership Development Programme.

A Celebration with Purpose
Founder Nicole Wheatley reflected on the event’s growing impact:
“Year on year, we uncover stories about women who are shaping the future of the industry. The competition this year was incredibly fierce; any one of the finalists would have been a worthy winner,” she said. “While celebrating today’s brightest stars is vital, it’s equally important to recognise the women who came before us. They paved the way for careers in every part of the sport.”
The Women in Golf Awards continue to promote diversity, inclusion, and opportunity within golf by honouring those whose work inspires future generations of players, leaders, and innovators.
