Prestigious Hertfordshire venue set to host fourth edition of the growing LET Access Series event
The Rose Ladies Open is set for a fresh chapter in 2025 as it moves to Hanbury Manor Golf Club in Hertfordshire from September 5–7. The event, now in its fourth year on the LET Access Series (LETAS), continues to provide a crucial platform for rising stars in women’s professional golf.
New Venue with Historic Prestige
Hanbury Manor, known for hosting high-profile events on both the Ladies European Tour and DP World Tour, will welcome 108 players to its championship Jack Nicklaus II-designed course. This marks the first time the club has hosted a women’s professional tournament since 1996.
“Hanbury Manor are excited to be hosting the Rose Ladies Open for 2025,” said Stan Power, Director of Golf & Estates. “We look forward to the future stars of the women’s game playing our championship course.”
Backed by Kate and Justin Rose
The Rose Ladies Open was launched in 2022 by Kate and Justin Rose, building on the success of their earlier one-day Rose Ladies Series. With the move to Hanbury Manor, the couple aims to elevate the tournament’s reach and impact.
“We are thrilled to be part of the LET Access Series schedule again,” said the Roses in a joint statement. “It is important for us to continue to provide these opportunities for female professionals to compete, and to keep pushing for change and equality in the sport.”
They also expressed excitement about working with Hanbury Manor, a venue that shares their values and vision for advancing women’s golf in the UK.
Building Momentum
The Rose Ladies Open has quickly become one of the more anticipated stops on the LETAS circuit, offering competitive opportunities and visibility for up-and-coming talent. Past champions have gone on to make their mark on the Ladies European Tour (LET), including 2024 winner Helen Briem of Germany, who followed her Rose Ladies Open playoff victory with a LET win at the La Sella Open. Switzerland’s Chiara Tamburlini, a former winner, ended 2024 as the LET Order of Merit leader.
With 19 events now on the 2025 LETAS schedule—matching the series record—the inclusion of the Rose Ladies Open is a boost for a season that continues to grow in scope and significance.
