A very tight and testing 9 hole course with spectacular views from the Pennines. The course is one hundred years old (2023), built for the local people by the mill owner.
Nine holes include 3 par threes, 6 par fours for men and 4 par threes, 2 par fours and 2 par fives for women.
Accuracy is tested on tight fairways, through trees and over small brooks. Some of the best greens to be found in Yorkshire, they can be fast but true if you read them correctly.
Wrap up warmly, it is high up, over 300m above sea level.
Plenty of off road parking, nice friendly club and cosy clubhouse
