Welcome to the beta version of the new Women & Golf website. Our web monkeys are still hard at work and welcome your feedback.
Nestling between the picturesque village of Banchory and the timeless flow of the majestic River Dee sits Banchory Golf Club. Our parkland course winds its way through mature pine and birch stands, its fairways rising and falling along the expansive tree-lined river bank.
As one of the most picturesque courses in Scotland, our par-69 18-hole course sits proudly at the gateway to Royal Deeside and will test even the most accomplished players with its strategically-placed bunkers.
This would be my favourite course of the 4 played in RDGW as it suits my golf probability the best, beautiful scenery as are all the courses good condition as they all are.

Great course in lovely location. Well worth playing. I found it the challenging out of the 4 courses played in the RDGW competition.

I played Banchory for the first time last year and was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the course. I thought the little short Par 3 16th was a real challenge but a delightful hole. Course was in excellent condition.
Definitely looking forward to returning this year to play there in the RDGW.

Really enjoyed playing Banchory. Fabulous views along the river. The great thing about the Royal Deeside Golf Week is meeting and playing with different people every day.

Lucky enough to have played here the year before on holiday so a pleasure to play again in the RDGW. People so friendly and although I played with Ladies I had never met before it was a pleasure. One lady had flown up from London and was staying with a friend. A well laid out course with some interesting holes. A few holes running alongside the river such a beautiful area. Hope to be back.
