City-inspired tailoring meets alpine practicality in new seasonal line
J.Lindeberg has announced its Fall/Winter 2025 fashion collection, titled “Drive.” The line takes its cues from the Sea to Sky Highway in British Columbia, a route that links Vancouver’s urban setting with the alpine landscapes of Whistler. The collection focuses on transition—between places, styles, and mindsets—balancing city-ready tailoring with performance elements suited for outdoor environments.
Key pieces and design focus
Highlights of the collection include:
- Down jackets made with advanced fabric technologies
- Tailored pieces in non-crinkle fabrics for travel
- Textured knitwear, from jacquard sweaters to versatile cardigans
- Updated denim using organic and recycled materials
- Mid-layers and hybrids designed for adaptability across settings
Chief Creative Officer Neil Lewty said:
“This collection is about transition between places, ideas and mindsets. We wanted to translate the feeling of constant motion into each piece, using versatile design, tactile materials and a palette that shifts like the natural world.”
Colours and materials
The collection’s colour palette is rooted in natural tones such as mineral greys, forest greens, and snowy whites, with bold accents introduced sparingly. Materials include recycled wool, organic cotton, and mulesing-free merino, underscoring the brand’s ongoing commitment to responsible innovation.
