How the Competition Works
Clubs affiliated with England Golf can host women’s four-ball Stableford qualifiers, with winning pairs submitted by 8 July 2026. Entry is open at £10 per pair, and clubs are encouraged to contribute an additional £5 to support the England Golf Trust, helping young golfers access the sport.
- Winning pairs progress from club stage
- The top seven pairs from four handicap divisions qualify for the National Final
- The Final will be held 12 August 2026 at Woodhall Spa’s Hotchkin Course
- Wild card places will offer extra chances for entry
Titleist, as tournament sponsor, will supply special prizes to all finalists and top finishers on the day.
Supporting Young Golfers
This event is part of a broader partnership between England Golf and the England Golf Trust, which was announced as England Golf’s official charity. The Trust focuses on helping young people, especially women and girls, overcome financial and personal barriers that may limit their golf experience by providing grants, bursaries, and equipment.
Fostering Inclusion and Opportunity
By aligning with the England Golf Trust, this initiative channels fundraising directly into supporting diverse talent and increasing golf’s reach in under-represented communities. The Trust operates solely via voluntary donations and aims to create sustainable, community-driven impact, focusing on confidence, resilience, and lifelong enjoyment of the game.
Women & Golf readers interested in playing or supporting the event can encourage their clubs to take part.
