Women & Golf Golf Psychology Workshop Tour

If the only thing holding you back from playing your best golf is the space between your ears, then you need to register for our Golf Psychology Workshop Tour.

If you've been playing golf for any length of time, you'll know that how you think on the golf course is just as important as how you swing the club. Think of it as a serious case of mind over matter - the better you can make your mental game the better your physical game will be.

Starting in February this year, Women & Golf want to help you to develop the tools and techniques you need to manage your grey matter and play the best possible golf you can play in 2019. Introducing the Women & Golf Golf Psychology Workshop Tour with columnist and former Tour player Kitrina Douglas.

Over the past decade, our workshops have helped hundreds of women golfers to improve their confidence, concentration, motivation, reduce anxiety and fear.

From February to March 2019, you can join us at one of the clubs listed below, or nominate your club to host an event. Timings may vary, but the events usually run from 10am-2.30pm with a break for lunch and cost around £20 per person.
