The Travis Perkins Masters will reach a notable milestone this summer when the popular senior event on the Staysure (formerly Senior) Tour is played over the stunning Duke’s Course at Woburn Golf Club from 31 August-2 September.
This year represents the 15th time that Travis Perkins have sponsored a senior professional tournament, with a return to Woburn for the defending champion, Philip Golding of England, who won his fourth title on the Staysure Tour last season.
Among the list of champions is 2010 Ryder Cup captain Colin Montgomerie, who completed a hat-trick of successes between 2013 and 2015, and Des Smyth of Ireland and England’s Carl Mason, with two wins apiece.
To mark Travis Perkins’ 15 years, entry to the public will be free of charge on Friday 31 August. Following ‘Free Friday’ the advance daily admission will be £10 on Saturday and Sunday compared to the gate price of £15.
