Ufford Park is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the Quality in Tourism Silver 3-Star accreditation. Following an assessment over the summer, the hotel was presented with its award in a ceremony that took place on 20 September 2018 at Ufford Park Woodbridge.
The award which acknowledges quality in the hospitality, tourism and leisure businesses is something that is synonymous with high standards and excellent customer service.
Ufford Park works closely with Quality in Tourism throughout the year to ensure the hotel is consistently improving its service delivery. In addition to this annual star rating assessment, Ufford Park undergoes quarterly mystery shops and monthly test calls from the assessment body.
The results of these ‘spot checks’ are fed back to the management team to highlight where changes can be made. Ufford Park’s scores in the areas of service, quality, hospitality and food service had considerably increased for 2018 resulting in the silver award and the highly respected Breakfast award.

The hotel has been very astute and has not only played to its core strengths but has adapted to more accurately meet the desires of its customer base.”

To have been awarded this accreditation is a testament to the hard work of the team here and they should all be very proud.”
