For die hard golf fans, who want to keep in the swing of it, even during the winter months, Edinburgh Leisure’s ‘winter golf pass’ may be just the thing. With minimal use of winter greens and no mats, it’s the ideal opportunity to keep your golf on par until the summer returns.

The winter pass is valid from 1 October 2016 – 31 March 2017 and allows unlimited access to six of Edinburgh Leisure’s golf courses*, seven days a week, as well as obtaining 25% off other Edinburgh Leisure activities including the gym, swimming, racquet sports and climbing, at the various Edinburgh Leisure venues across the city.

The winter golf pass also allows reduced membership of the Edinburgh Leisure Golf Club.

The Edinburgh Leisure Golf Club is perfect for those who have always wanted to join a golf club but don’t want to be tied to one course and allows customers to gain or maintain their handicap, without being limited to a single course.

Other benefits include flexibility and choice that no other golf club in the city can offer; monthly medals held across the courses; and being fully affiliated to Scottish Golf, the governing body for golf in Scotland.

The Edinburgh Leisure Golf Club spans all six of Edinburgh Leisure’s courses which include: Braid Hills, Carrick Knowe, Craigentinny, Portobello, Silverknowes and the Wee Braids*, although this will be closed from December to February 2017.

Membership runs from January to December and costs £30 but for those buying the Winter Golf Pass, they will be offered membership of the club for only £10.

Edinburgh Leisure is a not-for-profit trustwhich re-invests any surplus funds directly into providing excellent facilities and services to its customers.
