We can’t wait to check out the Kent course when it’s all finished.

Most of us are playing more golf than ever at the moment.

Plus, with travel not being as straightforward as it once was (for the foreseeable future at least), more and more of us will be looking for new courses and beautiful resorts to explore in the UK.

Well, Chart Hills in Kent is definitely on bucket list of places to check out in 2021.

A huge renovation project is taking place at the 250-acre right at this very moment, and we can’t wait to see the finished result.

Set within picturesque countryside, all 18 of the holes on Nick Faldo-designed course are being worked on, and it is expected to be ready for play at the start of the 2021 golf season or sooner if growing conditions are favourable.

Chart Hills will also be working on the facilities it has to offer, too.

This includes a purpose-built driving range, upgraded short game area, additional practice putting green and a refurbished clubhouse complete with a fully stocked pro shop (we’re assured that the Puma and Footjoy ladies’ ranges are pretty extensive).

Anthony Tarchetti, one of the team leading the project at Chart Hills, said:

“It is extremely exciting to see this project get underway.

“The investment that we are making is significant. It is going to take time, but we are confident that the end result will cement Chart Hills’ place among the very best golfing destinations in the South East.”

All 18 holes will remain closed until it is all finished next year, meaning the team can work more quickly and efficiently, and every area of the course has enough time for regrowth.

Chart Hills was only recently taken on by Ramac Holdings Ltd, who are also the owners of the super pretty Prince’s Golf Club in Sandwich Bay.

Anyone fancy a girls’ trip to visit both of them ASAP?
