“The popularity of the Ladies Professional Golf Association is a clear indication that there is a definite thirst for the sport from mainstream media and players. We’re looking forward to inviting female golfers to get on the green and experience our top quality courses."
National Golf Month raises awareness of the sport to the general public and is aiming to introduce the game to more than 100,000 people, with a main push to get more women playing golf.
The offer will be available to women at all five of Macdonald Hotel and Resorts which includes, the Macdonald Spey Valley in Aviemore, Macdonald Portal Hotel, Golf & Spa, Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf & Spa, Macdonald Cardrona Hotel, Golf & Spa and Macdonald Linden Hall Golf and Country Club.
The Free Golf for Women offer includes one free round of golf per female golfer, from the 25 to 15 June 2015.
