The revamped Spanish destination is reopening at the end of the month with a host of new additions including more dining options, a winery, sports centre and three renovated golf courses.

Spanish destination La Fina Resort is set to reopen at the end of the month following a six million euro renovation project.

The improvements include major work to the golf courses, three brand-new restaurants, a new sports centre, renovated stylish bedrooms and perhaps best of all, the launch of an on-site winery (we know, what could be better).

Located on the picturesque Costa Brava coast, the new and improved La Finca will be open to visitors from July 30.

General Manager Brendan Dwyer said:

“We are very pleased to introduce the latest stage of our ambitious development project which continues to elevate La Finca Resort to the very highest level.

“We’re proud to be a true hub of golf and gastronomy and our latest enhancements help to amplify this further. It is exciting to be able to welcome our guests back this month so that they can experience everything the resort has to offer.”

The Insta-friendly resort is home to three golf courses; La FincaVillamartín and Las Ramblas. The recent improvements include renovating all the bunkers on Finca and Villamartín, refreshing the green complexes on all three courses and restoring the 16th hole of La Finca.

The three new dining options include hotel bar and terrace The Hub, Mediterranean restaurant Citrus and Mexican and Italian fusion restaurant Frijolino, set to open in August.

Meanwhile, the Bodega Winery will open later this summer, offering individual and group tasting experiences.

With Spain now officially on the government’s ‘safe list’, we’re dreaming of making an escape to this newly improved swanky resort.

Golf, sunshine, good food and wine tasting? Yes please.
