PGA National Turkey Antalya Golf Club in Belek will be celebrating Women’s Golf Day, the biggest single-day celebration of women’s golf, by offering a choice of 50% discounts.
Taking place on Tuesday, June 4, the international event promises to be the biggest single-day celebration of women’s golf ever, and the top resort in Belek is playing a full part to make sure its female guests enjoy the day in style.
As well as giving each person one free range token, PGA National Turkey is offering ladies free trolley hire and a 50 per cent reduction on golf buggy hire when playing its two outstanding 18-hole golf courses – PGA Sultan and The Pasha.
And the benefits are just as attractive off the fairways as well, including savings of 50 per cent available on all food and beverages ordered in the golf clubhouse.
First held in 2016, Women’s Golf Day has grown to become an established part of the international golfing calendar.
Over the past three years, events have been held at more than 900 venues in 52 countries – delivering a golf experience to 50,000-plus women and girls – and having entered into a new partnership with the ANNIKA Foundation, the charitable foundation of women’s golf legend Annika Sorenstam, this year’s event will reach further than ever before.
Michael Jones, director of golf at PGA National Turkey Antalya Golf Club, said: “Women’s Golf Day is a fantastic global initiative and we’re delighted to play a role in helping to raise the profile of the ladies’ game across the world.”
Situated 25 minutes from Antalya, PGA National Turkey Antalya Golf Club’s outstanding facilities include two 18-hole golf courses and two luxury hotels – the 176-room luxury five-star Kempinski Hotel The Dome and the five-star, 442-room, Sirene Belek Hotel, which underwent a €2m room refurbishment programme over the winter.
Complementing the layouts are excellent practice facilities including a 300-metre driving range and academy, while the resort is one of a select group of courses to receive the official endorsement of The Professional Golfers’ Association, being renamed as PGA National Turkey.
Away from the fairways, hotel guests can enjoy access to numerous other sports and leisure facilities including tennis, football, various watersports, kids’ clubs, fabulous pier and two luxury spas, while the resort also offers an array of opulent culinary experiences at a variety of bars and restaurants.
