This challenge on the European Tour Race to Dubai is just so ridiculous we don't know where to start...

Back in 2013, the European Tour decided to come up with a totally ridiculous challenge and film some of the biggest players on the tour attempting to complete it.

After all, boys will be boys...

It all came about while they were over in the UAE for the Race to Dubai.

As you can see from the video below, it involved heading up to the Royal Bridge Suite on the 22nd floor of Atlantis,The Palm - one of Dubai's most iconic hotels and photographed landmarks - and attempting to hit a golf ball onto a floating green bobbing about on the Arabian Gulf.

Obviously.

What else would you do whilst visiting one of the world's most vibrant and glamorous cities?

The green measured just nine metres by five metres so there wasn't much room for error and unsuprisingly it proved quite tricky...

Featuring our now Rose Ladies Series-hero Justin Rose and the not-so-hard-on-the-eye Henrik Stenson, watch the clip below to see what happened.
