Teresa Wright has won a collection of goodies from Surprizeshop after being overwhelmingly voted the Lady Captain of the Year 2017.
Wright swept to victory after receiving a swath of votes from the enamoured members at West Herts Golf Club, who praised her dedication and hard work. She has been instrumental in introducing new members to the club and has gone out of her way to make them feel welcome.
Other nominations noted the hours she has put in to launching new and fun initiatives, while others praised the warmth she brought to the role.
The winner as well as the club's ladies' section will also receive a subscription voucher for Women & Golf.
