It turns out that legendary golfer Gary Player has some serious moves, and we can't stop watching his bizarre yet brilliant dance video.

It's been a tough old year, and right now it's more important than ever to have a good chuckle every once in a while.

So, thank goodness for Gary Player.

The World Golf Hall Of Fame member is known for being a bit of a "character", but his latest Twitter video has really got it howling.

The multiple major winner, who turns 85 in November, posted the 17-second clip of himself dancing to Paul Simon’s Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes with no explanation whatsoever.

He just captioned it by saying: “I love music and I love to dance! Have a lovely weekend, everyone.”

Fair enough.

Perhaps it was his way of showing how excited he is that the Masters is less than a month away?

Whatever it's about, it's hilarious and we love it.

So far the post has racked up 7,200 likes on Twitter and we've got all our fingers crossed that he posts a sequel very soon.

Thanks for being you, Gary Player.

Don't ever change.
