Nelly Korda carded four birdies in her final six holes to shoot 5-under par at the Australian Open on Saturday and take a three-shot lead heading into the final round.
Nelly Korda carded four birdies in her final six holes to shoot 5-under par at the Australian Open on Saturday and take a three-shot lead heading into the final round.
Korda made an early bogey on the back nine but more than redeemed herself with three consecutive birdies. One more birdie later on finished off an impressive third round and sees her three shots clear of the lead at 12-under.
Japan's Haru Nomura from Japan sits in second place at 9-under and a trio of players currently tie for third at 8-under par; Jeongeun Lee6, Wei-LingHsu and first-round leader Jodi Ewart Shadoff.
England's Bronte Law is just one shot further back at 7-under after a 2-under par round of 70 yesterday. Five-time winner Karrie Webb shot 71 and was eight strokes behind.
