Becker’s two-day total of 4-under-par, 104 was one shot better than European golfing great Barry Lane and two shots better than Americans Zack Byrd, Charlie Winegardner and Bermudian favourite Michael Sims. With the win, Becker netted a first place payout of $10,000 (USD).

In addition to the professionals, Women & Golf’s editor Alison Root was one of the amateur players that rounded out the 150-player field in this unique event and said:

“This is certainly no ordinary par-3 course and as the overall scores demonstrate it’s a stern test for any golfer. But with stunning views and a guaranteed Grey Goose and tonic to finish, it’s definitely a fun event.”
