The Official LPGA Qualifying Tour to play 20 events for $5M, with a schedule that includes three new tournaments
The Epson Tour has announced its 2025 season schedule, providing new and elevated opportunities for the future stars of the LPGA and affirming the Tour’s position as the Official Qualifying Tour of the LPGA. Celebrating its 45th season in 2025, the Epson Tour schedule includes $5 million in total prize money to be awarded over 20 tournaments, with three new events set to debut in 2025.

2025 Epson Tour will have three new tournaments
The Epson Tour will visit 14 states during the 2025 campaign, with Michigan and Florida hosting the most tournaments, three each. The 2025 season will begin in Winter Haven, Florida with the Central Florida Championship from February 28-March 2 at the Country Club of Winter Haven.
Three new tournaments will enter the fold for the 2025 Epson Tour season, two of which take the Tour to a new state. The Reliance Matrix Championship will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, at Spanish Trail Country Club from May 1-4, marking the Tour’s first-ever stop in the area. The tournament boasts a $250,000 purse and is one of four events on the schedule that will see the athletes compete over 72 holes.
Another tournament will be added to the slate of events contested in Michigan, with the Great Lakes Championship being held at Boyne Resort from June 13-15. In addition to the $250,000 prize pool, the Great Lakes Championship will join the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship and Island Resort Championship in collaboration with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation to create the Pure Michigan Cup. The Cup will award athletes an extra $20,000 in bonus money, with more information on the three-tournament competition to come.
Playing with Legends of the LPGA
The Tour will also add a stop in Ohio, continuing the LPGA’s rich history in Toledo with a tournament in conjunction with the Legends of the LPGA. The inaugural event will take place from July 25-27 at Highland Meadows Golf Club and will be hosted by Toledo native and two-time major champion, Stacy Lewis. The Epson Tour athletes will compete for $300,000.
The Carlisle Arizona Women’s Golf Classic continues to boast the largest purse in Epson Tour history, as players will once again compete for $400,000 at TPC Scottsdale’s Champions Course in Scottsdale, Ariz. The tournament will be the third of four events out West between April and May.
Epson Tour Championship
The season finale, the Epson Tour Championship, will round out an exciting 2025 and be played in Indian Wells, Calif., for the second consecutive year. The Championship features 72 holes of intense stroke-play, with a $250,000 purse. The season-ending event will be played from October 2-5 on the Celebrity Course at Indian Wells Golf Resort. Upon the Championship’s conclusion, 15 LPGA Tour cards will be distributed based on the Epson Tour’s Race for the Card.
To determine the 15 athletes that will earn 2026 LPGA Tour status, the 2025 season will continue with the points system that was introduced before the 2024 season. Following a similar structure to the LPGA Tour’s Race to CME Globe, the season-long Race for the Card will once again see Epson Tour Members compete for Points in each Official Epson Tour Tournament, with a 30% increase in Points value for the Epson Tour Championship.
The Epson Tour prides itself on sending talented athletes to compete among the best on the LPGA Tour, and many who got their start on the Official Qualifying Tour have found early success in their careers. In all, 134 LPGA Tour titles have been won by Epson Tour graduates, including 20 major championships. Current alumnae on the LPGA Tour, include Nelly Korda, Celine Boutier, Lilia Vu, Hannah Green, Linnea Strom, Grace Kim and Bailey Tardy, among others.
