Anne Van Dam from the Netherlands leads the field by three shots heading into the final round of the Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España Femenino.

She’ll have to wait until Sunday morning to complete her third round though after darkness suspended play on Saturday afternoon.

This year’s Estrella Damm Mediterranean Ladies Open winner, the 23-year-old is on the charge for her third LET title. She currently sits at 9-under par, whilst closest challenger Azahara Muñoz is at 6-under. The 2019 European Solheim Cup captain Catriona Matthew joins the duo in third place at 5-under par.

Van Dam, Muñoz and Matthew will resume their final round this morning from the 12th green at 8.45am, where Van Dam faces a putt for birdie.

Spain's Luna Sobron and Natalia Escuriola Martinez share a tie of the fourth spot on 4-under-par after 13 holes, alongside Ricoh Women’s British Open champion, Georgia Hall, after 12.

Celine Herbin from France is in the clubhouse on 3-under-par after carding a 4-under-par round of 67 yesterday. She is closley followed at 3-under by England's Gabriella Cowley. Meghan MacLaren played herself closer to contention after a round 70 to leave her at 1-over heading into the final round.
