Women & Golf readers will spot a familiar face at this year’s Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship, as LET star and W&G columnist Meghan MacLaren gets set to compete.

Ready to bring her excellent form this year to Nailcote Hall and take on the famous Cromwell Course, Meghan is sure to make for an interesting watch at this year’s Championship.

Meghan MacLaren has achieved big things in the game since turning professional in 2016. Becoming a member of the Ladies European Tour, her first victory came at the New South Wales Open and she also topped the 2017 LET Access Order of Merit. With her career continuing to go from strength to strength, she is now set to compete in this year’s Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship. The event is unique due to it bringing both male and female players together on the same course, something very few golf tournaments offer. Both Aaron and Meghan are sure to put on a wonderful performance at the event as they continue to demonstrate their ability as two of the best up-and-coming players.

Meghan will be joined by Ladies European Tour and LPGA Tour star, Charley Hull, 1991 Masters champion, Ian Woosnam OBE, and event host, Tony Jacklin CBE for the championship. Tony discussed why he was delighted to see Meghan come on board, "Meghan is no stranger to the Cromwell Course, having performed so well here last year. We are looking forward to seeing her in action!"

With a star-studded field every year, this year’s Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship will certainly be no exception, and more famous names are set to be announced soon!
