Trick or Treat! Halloween is a great oppotunity to dress up and have some fun in the dark... Why not try some night golf and cast some spells with your fellow witches!
Links Newmarket hosted a fabulous Halloween event that attracted an array of 56 ghouls, ghosts, zombies, witches and various other horrors!
Played in teams of four, the best two Stableford scores counted and with prizes for both the golf and fancy dress, the seven hole competition started with a rocket firework that lit up the sky with a bang!
Flashing skulls and ghosts marked the tee boxes and green colour-coded glow sticks lit the fairways. The 'temporary' greens were surrounded by blue glow sticks and the flag and hole glowed spookily in the dark. Played with a Nightlight ball, with a glow stick inside it - golf certainly takes on another dimension!
