Golfy, the leading network of golf courses and hotels in Continental Europe, is offering golfers an enhanced user-experience, thanks to its newly developed smartphone e-card.

Available via Golfy’s smartphone app – free to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play – the popular Indigo and Platine loyalty e-cards enable golfers to save up to 30% on green fees and 20% on accommodation at more than 160 golf courses in Continental Europe, and 130 hotels in France.

The app also allows golfers to easily manage their account, share experiences with other members within the Golfy network or view the latest golf break offers to venues such as PGA Catalunya Resort, Spain, or Le Golf National, France, home of The 2018 Ryder Cup.

Alain Jeanjean, founder of Golfy, said: “Since the app was launched in 2015, we’ve continued to develop and enhance our offering to golfers in order to ensure we constantly meet their demands.

“The introduction of our e-card is a continuation of this and it will ensure a smoother interaction between our customers and the network’s clubs and hotels and ultimately provide our members with even greater convenience and security.”

Alongside the launch of the e-cards, Golfy customers will also benefit from enhanced functionality of the website – www.golfy.fr – which now enables members to share experiences at each course they visit, providing valuable feedback to other Golfy network users.

In addition, Golfy has introduced an innovative Golfystador Challenge, which supplements its loyalty scheme ‘Yards', which allows its more than 55,000 cardholders to convert purchase value into gifts.

The Golfystador Challenge awards a star rating to golfers playing 20, 40, 60, 80 or 100 courses within the Golfy network, with special gifts awarded at each stage.

The Golfy Indigo e-card, offering a 25% discount on green fees and 15% off accommodation, is available for a special price of just €49 (the standard cost of the card in France is €110), while the Golfy Platine e-card, providing a 30% discount on green fees and 25% on golf breaks, is available for €180.
