The inaugural Festival of Golf, marks a week-long celebration of inclusivity and the elevation of women's golf. Commencing on August 26th at The Club at Mill Green, Hertfordshire, this vibrant festival promises an exciting blend of competitive spirit, community engagement, and the joy of the game, inviting people of all ages and backgrounds to join in the excitement, with something for everyone taking place throughout the week.

Festival of Golf events
Women's Golf Championship: The pinnacle of the Festival, the Women's Golf Championship, Friday 30th August to Sunday 1st September, stands tall as the flagship event on the LET Access Series. Boasting the largest prize fund in women's golf in England this year at a staggering 80,000 euros. This tournament not only showcases the exceptional talent of female golfers but also serves as a beacon of empowerment, inspiring generations to come.
Adidas Junior Open: Get Golfing are really excited to launch their partnership with adidas for the adidas Junior Open. Fueling the dreams of tomorrow's stars, the adidas Junior Open takes centre stage as another flagship event on Monday 26th August. This event is completely FREE. Get Golfing already has an incredible 15% of all junior golfers in the country under their wing, so they’re proud to be not only nurturing young talent but also fostering a lifelong love for the sport among the younger generation.
Women’s Golf Championship Invitational: Join Get Golfing for the Women's Golf Championship Invitational on Tuesday 27th August. This one day invitational is open to all female professionals and elite amateurs. With a £5,000 prize fund, this one-day event offers professionals and elite amateurs an unparalleled opportunity to experience a one day tour level experience.

- Teeing Up Change: A Panel about Women's Golf: Join Get Golfing for an insightful panel where women golfers come together to discuss the evolving landscape of women's golf. This event will feature diverse perspectives and cover a range of topics aimed at enhancing the experience and opportunities for women in the sport.
Get Golfing Community Initiatives
In addition to its stellar line up of events, the Festival of Golf is committed to making a positive impact on the community and the environment. Embracing sustainability, the Festival endeavors to achieve Net Zero, implementing eco-friendly practices to minimise its environmental footprint.
Throughout the week, Get Golfing are proud to announce that they will be supporting local schools in the Welwyn & Hatfield area, hosting our Fun, Food & Golf camps which help to provide Free School Meals to children in need.
In alignment with their commitment to sustainability and community engagement, activities such as a river and coastline clean up and tree planting initiatives will be organised, ensuring that the festival leaves a lasting legacy of environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
