As the first Rose Ladies Series tournament gets closer and closer, more and more huge names from the world of women's golf are signing up to take part. In fact, waiting for the next player announcement from the man himself, Justin Rose, has become our new favourite thing.

We already know that World Golf Hall Of Fame member Dame Laura Davies and British players Meghan MacLaren, Amy Boulden and Georgia Hall are signed up and raring to go, and we're just heard that another women's golf star will be teeing off in style on June 18, too.

Charley Hull, ranked as the 25th best female golfer in the world, is also emerging out of lockdown to take on the track at Brokenhurst Manor.

It's been such an exciting week we might need to spend the whole weekend lying down in a darkened room just to recover.

Rose, who is currently sharing the top spot at the Charles Schwab Challenge with Harold Varner III in Texas (is this man just perfect at everything?), is sponsoring seven events for British female pros this summer.

Watch this space for more player announcements as they emerge and make sure you tune into Sky Sports on Thursday (if you can) to watch all the action.
