Sheena Harvey, a member at Tracy Park Golf Resort in Bristol achieved two holes-in-one during the same round, whilst another member, Ian Willmott, scored an ace on the same day.
At Tracy Park Golf Resort, two of their members Sheena Harvey and Ian Willmott achieved holes-in-one on the same round on the Crown and Cromwell courses.
Member Sheena Harvey made two holes-in-one during the same round on the Cromwell course. The 4th hole is an uphill 118-yard par-3, so unfortunately, Sheena was unable to see the ball go in the hole when she hit her hybrid for her first ever ace.
On hole 16, a downhill 154-yard par-3, Sheena’s playing partners suggested she took one more club as it was playing into a strong wind. Listening to the advice, Sheena changed her club to a driver and hit a lovely shot towards the green that curled into the hole. Sheena was convinced the ball had gone over the green but fell to her knees when she looked in the hole and her ball was there.
Member Ian Willmott also made a hole-in-one on the 4th hole of Tracy Park's second course, the Crown, on a 158 yard par-3. Using a Pitching Wedge, his ball never left the flag! Ian said:
“It’s the only decent shot I have hit in 5 years!”
What an achievement for Tracy Park! The odds of a golfer getting two holes-in-one on the same round is 1 in 67 million!
