Golfing legends Dame Laura Davies and Trish Johnson are teaming up with Cowdray Golf to help raise money for charity.
The event in support of the Alzheimer's Society will see Lady Captain Jo Fife and Vice Captain Hannah Ralph aim to complete nine rounds of speed golf in just one day.
Starting at 4.30am on June 25 the pair will attempt five rounds walking and four in a buggy, but for two of the loops they will have some very special guests supporting them...
Golfing hero and World Golf Hall Of Fame member Laura Davies and Ladies European Tour legend Trish Johnson will both be teeing off and joining them for 18 holes and we're absolutely not jealous at all (honest).
Due to current restrictions the event will be held behind closed doors so unfortunately we can't go along and watch.
However, we can show our support for the initiative by visiting the pair's JustGiving page and making a donation.
The club is also inviting us to guess how many steps Jo and Hannah combined will take on the day to be in with a chance of winning a prize for the top three closest guesses. To enter simply donate £2 to the JustGiving page and email [email protected] with your predictions.
We wish them the best of luck and we think it's so nice that Laura and Trish are getting involved.
