The weather wasn't the only suprise for the young golfers of the British Junior Golf Tour as they competed in The Golf College (TGC) Championship at Lindfield Golf Club.
The fabulous weather over the past few months decided to come to a crashing end on the first day of The Golf College (TGC) Championship at Lindfield Golf Club, and as torrential rain flooded the course, play was suspended on day one of the tournament.
That didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits though as the juniors, some as young as six years old, returned to the course the next day to produce some seriously impressive golf.
The weather wasn’t the only surprise for the young golfers though as Harry Judd, McFly drummer and Strictly Come Dancing winner, spent the day at the championships. As the British Junior Golf Tour Ambassador, Harry started the players off from the first tee and headed out on the course with England Golf Young Ambassador, Jessica Pilgrim, to catch the rest of the action. There was plenty of time for photos at the end of the day once the star had dished out the trophies.
