Glorious, warm ‘winter’ sun, coupled with a course in superb condition, with lightning quick greens, made for a wonderful start to the season!
As usual, The Bedford Golf Club played host to the opening event of the BJGT season and once again provided a superb venue, with great facilities, food and friendly atmosphere.
With a third of the field being female (a fantastic turnout from the girls!), it certainly bodes well for the rest of the season and meant that many of the divisions were split, to keep the genders separate.
