Scotland's Connie Jaffrey, a third-year student at Kansas State University, has led her team to a second victory of the 2016-18 United States women's college golf season in the Westbrook Spring Invitational in Arizona.

Connie, who played for GB and I in the Astor Trophy tournament in Adelaide in 2015, finished second individually, one stroke behind the winner, with rounds of 73, 70 and 67 for six-under-par 210. Her third round was the third lowest one-round score by a female student in Kansas State University's golfing history and Jaffrey's aggregate was also the third lowest by a Kansas State girl student.

Jaffrey's brilliant effort pulled Kansas State through to victory by four shots from Ohio State and Kansas in a field of 13 teams. Kansas State came to the front for the first time over the third and final round, finishing with a three-under 861 total.
