Bronte Law's list of accolades continues to grow after the third year student at UCLA (California-Los Angeles) was named Pac-12 Golfer of the Month for October.
English champion Law won the Stanford Intercollegiate hosted by Condoleezza Rice (Oct. 18-20) for the second year in a row, shooting an 8-under 205 (67-70-68).
Law, who also shot that score to win last season's tournament, claimed her fourth individual title, winning by three strokes.
Bronte led the field with 16 birdies and was a tournament-best 5-under on the par 4's. Six of those birdies came in the final round, when she shot a 3-under 68. Law made five birdies in each of her first two rounds, helping the Bruins to a third-place finish.
October's honour is the third of Law's career. The first two came last season, as she won in October 2014 and February 2015. The Bruins have earned six of the last nine Pac-12 Golfers of the Month (Alison Lee, April, September and November 2014).
The GB and Ireland international player and her Bruins team-mates are off to Hawaii to take part in the Pac-12 Preview at Nanea GC on Monday and Kohala on Tuesday this coming week.
