Now that Lockdown 2.0 is upon us, why not use this time to try out Pilates?
Many of us might not be able to get out on the course at the moment, but strengthening our muscles and increasing our flexibility through Pilates will help our game and keep us fit and healthy through this difficult time.
This is the fifth class in the series with W&G instructor Karen Surtees but you can still find all the old classes below.
