Whether you've practised Pilates before or you're a total beginner, these first few sessions will be super useful.
Karen is gently easing us in with 40-minute sessions that cover the fundamentals of Pilates and the specific methods behind Body Control Pilates.
Essentially it's going right back to basics, so there's nothing to be intimidated by.
We'll let Karen get you warmed up and started below and if you have any questions before, during or after the session just drop her a message at email@example.com.
