The picturesque Derbyshire golf course is set in 150 acres of woodland in a tranquil setting near Bretby on the outskirts of Burton-on-Trent.
Quite challenging for a parkland course as there are a lot of uphill drives so length off the tee is an advantage. Greens require concentration not to three putt, though the course does suit all handicaps. Super Pro shop for ladies and the staff are excellent.
