The Walton Rain Jacket is a new addition to the SS14 Collection. Containing a lightweight mesh lining, this garmet is a technical piece, useful for both on and off the golf course.
The Walton Rain Jacket gives added elasticity facilitating easier movement, freedom of motion and comfort. Abacus Sportswear can measure how much a garment delivers freedom of motion or Coefficient of Stretch (CoS). The Walton Rain Jacket has been measured at CoS 2.33 – nearly two and a half times its original size.
A garment’s ability to keep you dry is measured in Water Pillar (WP). The Walton Jacket has a 15,000 WP meaning it will keep out even the heaviest of rainfall. The garment also scores impressively in the Moisture Vapour Pillar (MVP) test, measuring in at a highly breathable 15,000 MVP.
Another feature of the Walton Rain Jacket is the waterproof sealed seams which are sewn and then sealed with a heat activated tape, making the garment 100% waterproof.
