What a striking colour - chilli red - but if this doesn’t suit, this turtleneck is also available in mellow gold or dark grey. At this time of year, it’s a useful mid-layer for added warmth without any bulk, and the deep cuffs which help to keep it snug to your arms, contribute to its overall comfort. I like the look and feel as the ribbed brushed jersey fabric is soft to the touch and the gold quarter zip adds a bit of understated style. If you do have an opportunity to wear it as a top layer, it has the added benefit of being water repellent. Reasonably priced, the Evelyn is a worthwhile addition to a winter wardrobe and also an excellent Christmas present for a golfing friend!
