Premium golf apparel brand Abacus Sportswear’s 2024 Spring/Summer collection boasts a bespoke range of high-performance outerwear that is designed to enable golfers to play and look their best as the weather turns warmer.
Featuring a wide range of technical garments that offer comfort and style in equal measure, the Swedish brand’s SS24 collection features some game-enhancing material technologies, including Drycool, geared to keeping golfers dry and comfortable in even the warmest conditions.
Fabric in the garment is treated in such a way that encourages the movement of water from the inside to the outside of the garment where it can evaporate away, keeping the wearer dry and comfortable when the temperature rises out on the golf course. All the women’s range of polo shirts feature Drycool technology and when combined with stretch each garment provides complete freedom of movement in all phases of the golf swing without compromising on keeping the golfer cool and dry in highest of temperatures.

Shorts and Skorts
Kildare shorts are made of a thin, woven polyester/spandex material with 4-way stretch and Drycool to offer the highest levels of comfort on and off the course. A classic short suitable for every day wear they have two pockets at the front and two pockets at the back and should be part of any serious golfers’ summer kit. The women’s shorts also come in a relaxed/wider fit.

For golfers that prefer skorts, you can choose between the elegant Juliet and the Kildare skorts. Both are available in 45cm and 50cm lengths, contain 4-way stretch with Drycool, and have breathable and wicking properties. With one pocket at the front and two at the back, Juliet skorts have an elasticated waist band and can be matched with either floral or palm tree patterned tops to make a complete outfit. Kildare skorts offer belt loops at the waist and come with a separate striped belt, folded pleats at front, zipper at the left side, one front pocket and two pockets at the back.

Trousers and capris
Made of thin, polyester material with 4-way stretch, Drycool and amazing breathability, the Kildare trousers are ideal when the temperatures soar.
A classic chino style trouser, suitable for everyday wear, Kildare trousers offer a zipper front fly, button in waist, two front pockets and two back pockets with button closure. Kildare capri pants are available for ladies in peony and navy.
