Whilst I’m not a fan of white clubheads, this one is pleasing on the eye. The clubhead is small and sleek, similar looking to a hybrid. I tested this 5-wood mostly in very wet and muddy conditions. The shaft is shorter than I’m used to so I had to adjust my swing a little. The clubface is easy to align and the grip is very comfortable. This club consistently lifted the ball higher and with a longer flight time, a greater distance was achieved. This was particularly impressive given the heavy conditions; even off-centre shots gave pleasing results. The club is super light and nicely balanced and comes with a well-made headcover. Would this club earn a place in my bag? Absolutely!
