With so much variation on the market, it can be hard to know which club is right for you. Women & Golf's Carly Frost takes a look at the latest hybrid from Yonex.

The Yonex Reine hybrid is part of a matching family of Reine clubs (from driver to putter) that have been designed for the lady golfer looking for a helping hand to improve their game. They have ease of use at the fore, with a particular emphasis on the quality of components, from the head to the special new L50 ladies graphite shaft, which is lighter, more forgiving and flexible to help give you a stable swing and a high ball flight trajectory that cuts through the wind.

Women & Golf says, 'I’ve been impressed with every one of the Reine family of clubs I have tested and the hybrid really does tick all the boxes you want from a long-iron replacement. It has a simple, yet incredibly stylish design, that works wonders from all lies, even out of the rough. Plenty of loft ensures a super high ball flight that anyone, no matter what your standard, can achieve.

I really did struggle to pick fault with the Yonex Reine, so there are very few negatives to highlight. I suppose the smaller style clubhead suited my eye
as a low handicapper, but may not suit everyone’s eyes. Also other brands have done more in terms of technological tricks (changeable weights etc) so if I had to highlight anything it would be that this is a no-thrills club.'
