I instantly loved the feel of the XR Speed, the soft tacky grip was wonderful to hold. The rounded shape of the head suited my eye too, giving the impression that it would be hard to miss. Overall performance was top-notch, the ball launched effortlessly high with great flight, my mishits were still decent and the distance was excellent. The deeper face meant I was able to use this off the tee as a really good alternative to my driver.
